Damian Cross named CJHL's Most Outstanding Player; Reinhardt, Peca, Keefe also honoured with CJHL Awards
The Central Junior Hockey League announced it's 2009-2010 award recipients today and the Lumber Kings led the way with four winners.

Damian Cross, who leads the CJHL in scoring by a wide margin was named the leagues Most Outstanding Player.

Kings Captain Ben Reinhardt was recognized as the leagues top Defenceman while first year sensation Matthew Peca was named Rookie of the Year.

Kings General Manager Sheldon Keefe received the award for General Manager of the Year.

All awards are voted on by the twelve CJHL General Managers.

Scott Zacharias Committs to Bowling Green State University
Kings General Manager Sheldon Keefe announced today that Goaltender Scott Zacharias has committed to NCAA Division 1 Bowling Green State University for next season.

Scott currently leads all CJHL Goaltenders in both Goals Against Average and Save Percentage and is looking forward to the opportunity to lead Pembroke to its fourth straight CJHL Championship once the playoffs begin on Tuesday March 9th.
